The entire production process of LED strip lights
PERFECT LED is manufactured under a rigorous and clean environment. This kind of environment provides favorable conditions to the product production, especially to the SMD process.
SERVICE PROCESS:
1.Brush solder paste. Using Lead-free solder paste to brush on PCB sheet through the steel mesh by brush machine.
2. SMT. Mounting the LEDs and resistors on PCB sheet by SMT Machine.
3.Reflow soldering. Putting the PCB sheet on reflow oven for soldering.
4.Soldering. Cutting the PCB sheet separately, then solder to be different length.

5.Aging testing. All led strip will have 48hrs aging testing.
6. Stick 3M tape. Sticking 300LSE 3M tape on the back of the led strip.
7.Inspection. All led strip will be tested before package, then stick the labels and put into Anti-static bag.
8. Roll the light strip. The standard practice is to place a 5-meter light strip on each reel and package it in a separate bag for easy transportation.
10. Packing：We will put the rolled led strip into an anti-static packaging bag and add a moisture-proof bag
11.Sealing box: 5M per reel one bag, around 50-60 bag in one carton. Carton size: 44*34*28CM
